Baoshu is a science fiction/fantasy writer, and a member of Science Fiction Committee in Chinese Writers Association. He has published six novels and four collections of shorter works since 2010. His best-known works include Three Body X: Redemption of Time , Ruins of Time, novella “Everybody Loves Charles”, etc. He has won Chinese Nebula Awards and Galaxy Awards multiple times. Many of his works are available in English, Japanese, German, Italian and other languages. He edited two anthologies of Chinese SF on different subgenres. He is also a translator, best known for his rendition of Star Maker (by Olaf Stapledon). He lives in Xi’an, China.
