Sungho Kimlee studies self-cultivation in the ancient world. He is a Berggruen Fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University. His research interests include virtue ethics, comparative religion, and the history of democratic institutions. He received his PhD in Political Theory from Harvard University in 2017.
