Tomiwa Ilori is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Human Rights, Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria, and a researcher with the Centre’s Democracy, Transparency and Digital Rights Unit. His research focuses on
digital rights including platform governance and accountability, data protection and communication surveillance. Prior to joining the Centre, Tomiwa worked with Paradigm Initiative in Nigeria on research, advocacy and project management. His key research focus is on international human rights law and digital technologies, digital rights, the African human rights system, ICT policy and internet governance.
